The home of Precision Rifle NSW
Precision Rifle NSW operates out of the Southern Highlands Regional Shooting Complex, a state-of-the-art shooting facility in Hilltop, NSW. The NSW Government has carried out a $7.7 million upgrade to the government-owned complex. It offers a range of top-notch features including an 800m classification range, a 500m steel templated range, and five individual 50m pistol ranges.
You will find PRNSW matches at the 500m range which provides 60 shooting positions under the cover of an acoustic shelter, with target berms ranging from 50 to 500m. The complex is conveniently located for shooters from NSW and ACT, providing them with the opportunity to gain valuable match experience close to home. These skills can be honed and put to the test in national competitions.
The Southern Highlands Regional Shooting Complex
The Southern Highlands Regional Shooting Complex is also the home of the annual Precision Rifle Series King of the Hill Series match, held in July. This national match has been the largest Precision Rifle match held in Australia to date seeing 80 competitors from across Australia and New Zealand attend the match. Its facilities offer NSW and ACT-based shooters the opportunity to gain valuable match experience close to home, which they can bring to national competitions.
